Classic noucentista style mansion in the heart of Catalunya, surrounded by leafy nature in an emblematic Catalan town inland. Can Soliguer is a farm located in the beautiful town of Viladrau in the province of Girona 78km from Barcelona by the C-17 motorway, towards Vic, and well known for its production of excellent bottled mineral water with the name of the same town. The farm has an area of ​​4 hectares. The part of the land considered urban is 3,069m². The part of land considered non-developable is 36,931m².
